The South African Business Initiative for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise was established by Paul Mookang in September 2016, and is member run in South Africa. It is prioritised to serve and to provide support to SMME’s. This is realised through various services offered and networking opportunities as well as robust engagement on behalf of members.
It is a Forum where SMME’s can exchange ideas old and new and acquire advice from successful individuals on how to improve their Businesses through better Business Management, Planning and Strategy, Business Systems and Marketing Strategy and Systems. These members will also learn about the SMME best practises and bottom line that is critical to their business success. SABISMME ultimate goal is to assist the members to take their business to the next level and achieve their intended goals whatever they may be.
One of the World’s best-known marketing secrets is word-of- mouth. To make sure the word-of-mouth works for your business, members must build strong relationships with each other so they will trust the initiative and refer to it. Not just only once, but over and over again. However the problem is too many business owners treat this as a passive strategy.
A bottleneck is where a logjam occurs, allowing only a trickle to pass through the neck to the other side. Bottlenecks result in missed opportunities and impose costs due to underutilised capacity. While this is well known, little is done about the biggest bottleneck of them all.
